Order online
To order a camera system, add it to your digital shopping basket and click on ‘order’. Once you have filled in your details, you will be forwarded to our online payment provider Multisafepay. After successful payment, your order will be processed automatically.
Order via phone or email
It is also possible to place your order by telephone or by email. In that case, we will send you an email with a link to our online payment provider to finalise your order.
Payment options
Credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.
If you make your payment using one of these options, your order will be shipped immediately.
Bank transfer.
Please use our bank account details and the payment reference stated on the order confirmation page. Your order will be shipped automatically once we have received your payment.
Purchasing on account.
This option is available to companies, governmental organisations and foundations, and is subject to approval. Please contact us if you would like to set up an account.
Changing or cancelling your order
Our ordering process is fully automated, so if you want to change or cancel your order, it is important to do this as soon as possible after you have placed it. Please contact us by telephone for changes or cancellations.
Shipment
Delivery time
If you finalise your purchase before 10 pm, your order will be handed over to UPS Express the same day. You will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow the shipment. Delivery generally takes place within 3 working days.
Delivery cost
We offer free delivery to the United Kingdom as well as all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. Would you like to have an order delivered to a different country? Would you prefer a different carrier, or a different delivery time? Please contact us to discuss the options.
