Sometimes you want to try out a product before you're sure it meets your expectations. That's why we offer a customer-friendly return policy for both individuals and businesses. You have the option to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Register your return through our return portal and we'll cover the shipping costs.

Register a Return

Click the button below to register your return. Indicate which products you'd like to send back and download the shipping label. Attach the label to the parcel and send it back. This way, your return will be processed quickly and efficiently.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned products, we'll ensure that you receive a refund for the purchase amount within 5 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. If this is not possible for any reason, we'll arrange the refund via bank transfer.
