Repair Request
If you would like to request a repair, you can contact us by phone or email. We will assess the problem and determine whether the product needs to be returned. In some cases, issues can be resolved remotely, saving you time and effort. If it turns out that the product needs to be returned, we will send you a return label so you can send it back to us free of charge.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If your product becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement. For products that are outside the warranty period or have been damaged through use, we will first discuss the repair costs with you.
