More cameras, fewer cables
Unlike 4, 8 or 16-channel recorders, where each camera connects directly via a dedicated cable, the 32 and 64-channel recorders use external switches (sold separately). These switches group the cameras and connect them to the recorder via a single cable. This allows for clean, scalable installations with significantly reduced cabling.
