Easier positioning
A dome camera can be mounted on the ceiling or flat against a wall and can be easily aimed in either case. However, in some situations it’s better to have the camera slightly offset from the wall – for example, to see past a drainpipe or other obstacle. In such cases, a wall bracket offers an elegant solution.
Easier installation
The wall bracket also provides extra space, giving you more flexibility during installation. You can neatly conceal the connectors inside the bracket instead of running them visibly along the wall or through it. And if you do route them through the wall, the required hole will be smaller.
