Discover the convenience of Power over Ethernet (PoE) – an innovative technology that allows each camera to connect using a single cable. This cable transmits video from the camera to the recorder, while also supplying power from the recorder to the camera. There’s no need for a power socket near the camera.

If you're looking for a visible deterrent, bullet cameras are the best choice. Their distinctive elongated shape makes their viewing direction clearly visible, which enhances their deterrent effect. Thanks to the adjustable mounting bracket, they can be installed on both walls and ceilings.
Vandal-resistant housing for indoor and outdoor use
The bullet cameras in this system are weatherproof (IP67-rated) and built to withstand all weather conditions, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. But their strength lies not only in resisting the elements. With a rugged housing made from hardened aluminium and a design that conceals the cable through the mounting bracket, they are also highly resistant to vandalism.
Stunning 4K resolution
Bascom PLUS cameras capture footage in true 4K resolution. With over 8 million pixels, every detail is recorded. Images are four times sharper than Full HD, allowing you to clearly see what’s happening. You can also zoom in on recorded footage without loss of quality – even the smallest details remain visible.
Superior image quality where others fall short
Resolution alone doesn’t guarantee quality. A good surveillance camera also needs to perform well in low light and difficult lighting conditions. That’s why the cameras in this system are equipped with the latest-generation image sensors. These are twice as light-sensitive as standard sensors and feature advanced technologies like HDR, AGC, and 3D-DNR. The result: clear, balanced footage, free from overexposure and dark shadows, even in challenging lighting.
Clear vision at night
When it gets dark, Bascom PLUS cameras automatically switch to night mode, using advanced infrared technology. This enables them to see clearly even in complete darkness – where the human eye can see nothing at all – at distances of up to 50 metres.
Wide-angle view and 5x optical zoom
Each camera in this system is equipped with a high-quality zoom lens, allowing you to frame your scene with precision. For a wide overview, set the lens to its 112-degree field of view. Need to focus on distant details? Use the 5x optical zoom to get closer, with autofocus ensuring crystal-clear images at all times.
A standalone recorder
The powerful recorder serves as the system’s core, independently capturing footage from all cameras. Because recording doesn’t rely on an internet connection, you’re guaranteed continuous, high-quality footage – even during outages.
Continuous recording for weeks
Designed for 24/7 operation, the recorder includes generous internal storage, capable of saving several weeks of footage. When the disk is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest recordings. This means the system never stops recording – no need to manage it manually.
Watch footage on your smartphone
With the Bascom smartphone app, you can access your camera footage from anywhere in the world. The app is easy to use: scan the QR code on the recorder and you’re instantly connected. You can view live feeds, play back footage, and create backups. The app supports multiple systems, so you can manage all your cameras from one screen.
Get notified when people or vehicles are detected
Want alerts when something important happens? This system uses AI-powered motion detection to distinguish between people, vehicles, and irrelevant movement. That means you only get notifications that matter.
View footage on your computer
Use Bascom’s computer software to manage your cameras from your desk – whether you’re on-site or working remotely. The software lets you view live footage, review recordings, and create backups. It also supports multiple systems, giving you centralised control in one interface.
View footage on a monitor
Prefer local control? Simply connect a monitor to the recorder and operate the system using the included mouse. A monitor is also recommended if you don’t wish to connect the system to the internet. In this setup, backups can easily be made to a USB stick.
Privacy masking
Cameras can unintentionally capture sensitive areas, such as neighbouring properties or PIN pads. With privacy masking, you can block out specific parts of the image using black boxes, ensuring your system respects the privacy of others.
Your footage, secure and private
Footage is stored locally on the recorder, under your control. Access is protected by a personal user account, meaning only you can view it – not even Bascom can. You can create multiple user accounts with different access levels. Plus, automatic software updates keep the system’s security continuously up to date.
